5A molecular sieve is an alkali metal aluminosilicatein the spherical or cylindrical shape. It has a precise and uniform pore opening size of 5Å. Molecules with diameter more than 5Å, such as, isocompounds and all 4-carbon rings will not be adsorbed.

Application：
5A molecular sieve is a widely utilized chemical agent in a variety of applications, e.g.
Rmove paraffin from branched chain and cyclic hydrocarbons
Oxygen/hydrogen PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) process
Natural gas drying
Rremoval of H2S, CO2 and Mercaptans from natural gas
Inert gas purification
H2 purification
Solvent drying
Aromatics separation
Packing:
Plastic bag: 30kg / bag
Stainless steel drum: 135-150kg/drum
Storage:
Keep 5A molecular sieve in an air tight container until ready for use to avoid unintended moisture adsorption, reseal packages after opening to prevent contamination and unintended water adsorption. It is recommended to rotate stock so oldest material will be used firstly.
Regeneration:
1. Remove water
5A Molecular Sieve can be regenerated and reused. To regenerate the sieve you need to remove the adsorbed moisture and other materials. To regenerate 5A Molecular Sieve heat to a temperature of about 200-350℃ for 3-4 hours depends on the gas type, and then pump in cool air and lower the gas temperature at outlet to 110～180℃.
2. Remove other organic substance
Exchange the organic substance absorbed by 5A molecular sieve firstly, and then removes water.
